This isn’t just about dancing, it’s an invitation to challenge your body and mind through guided movement, breathwork, and the invigorating crescendo: a collective water immersion, with a couple of surprises on the other side ;)
It's a celebration of our bodies as vessels and the simple JOY of being alive. Come ready to connect, move, breathe, and plunge into some groovy tunes. This guided session is suitable for all levels, but if you're not up for getting wet, this one might not be for you. Bring a bathing suit and a willingness to feel alive!

Are you ready to dress UP to get DOWN! Monthly competition running from May 2025 - April 2026, we’re bringing the vibe for December with our “Festive Season”
theme and running a Best Dressed Competition at each session.
Our facilitators will select the Top 3 looks—and the public will crown the one who OUT-DRESSED the rest!
Prizes worth R 1,200 from our fave feel-good brands—Happy Culture & Wazoogles—are up for grabs.
